A link to a source helps, but a clear explanation is enough to start. ### A question to cover Ask it the way you would ask a friend. The questions people actually type are the ones the guides are built around. ### The WeightPlot app The email address on your account and what happened. Never send your password; nobody at WeightPlot will ever ask for it. **This is not a medical service.** Nobody here can give personal medical or nutrition advice. If you are unwell, call your doctor.
