You can read every guide on WeightPlot.com without an account and without giving us anything. This policy explains the small amount of information the site does collect, why, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This site is operated by WeightPlot, PO Box 338, Duluth, GA 30097. Contact: [email protected]. The WeightPlot app at weightplot.com is a separate website with its own privacy policy, which applies when you create an account there.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect health information on this site. Nothing you read here is linked to you.
Analytics and advertising
The site does not currently use analytics services or advertising networks. If analytics are added, they will load only after you accept cookies, and this policy and the cookie policy will be updated first.
Links into the WeightPlot app
Links to the app include campaign tags (for example, which guide you came from). If you create a WeightPlot account, the app records that you arrived from this site so we can see, in total, which guides are useful. That is governed by the WeightPlot app’s privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. It is shared only with:
- Service providers who run the site for us, such as our web host and the service that delivers our email, under contract and only to provide that service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
- A new owner, if the site is sold or merged, who must keep honoring this policy or tell you about changes.
Sharing buttons
The share links on each guide are plain links. They load nothing from social networks until you click one, so those networks do not see your visit unless you choose to share.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- See, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm the request and act on it within 30 days.
- California and other U.S. states: you have the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
- Visitors outside the United States: where your local law gives you rights over your data, such as access, correction, deletion or objection, write to us and we will honor them. Our legal basis for subscriptions is your consent, and for answering messages it is our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Children
This site is written for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to stored messages and subscriber lists is limited to administrators, and we keep information only as long as described above. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive health information through the contact form.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
